Financial Planning - Plan Your Future

At the core of planning is the endeavor to control everything we can.
Specifically, each comprehensive financial plan will:
o Establish proper diversification
o Take advantage of existing return-drivers
o Monitor current and plan for future income and expenses.
o Safeguard spendable assets
o Harness volatility
o Exploit lower tax brackets
o Maximize Medicare and Social Security
o And unite it all with your goals, purpose and estate plan. Our business is built on a foundation of thoughtful client relationships.

Investments for the Long-Run

Investments for the Long-Run

The markets often feel out of control. They feel risky. They feel volatile. Markets are influenced by inflation and interest rates, jobs and unemployment rates, corporate earnings, national debt, government spending, taxes, politics, foreign policy, etc.

At Auctum Wealth Management we believe that clients will win more, by losing less. We use a mathematical process that helps reduce the risks from the market. We look beyond the headlines. We use only highly rated stocks, bonds, ETFs and other investments in our portfolios. We exploit return drivers in each market cycle. We create investment plans that free our clients from the emotions that can derail a solid plan.

Let us compare our investment plans to the way you are currently invested and then you decide. Best of all, we will show you how we plan to invest….. before you ever become a client.

“The essence of investment management is the management of risk, not the management of returns.”
Benjamin Graham, also known as “The Dean of Wall Street”

Our Process

  • Our goal is to make an impact the first time we meet. Our hope is that each meeting is a learning experience. This meeting is a time to share your concerns or fears, and ask questions. In return, we will share real stories of real clients that have found freedom from having a comprehensive plan. There is nothing to sell at our discovery meeting – it is just a time to talk, share and see if we would all like to work together.

  • Many clients tell us this is the hardest part of the process – it is certainly where you will do the most work. We will request account statements, tax returns, social security and pension statements, estate planning documents, just to name a few. There are even a couple of questionnaires and surveys that we use to understand you and your goals better.

  • Only with a complete understanding of your financial and non-financial life, can we create a personalized wealth plan. This comprehensive plan will include: (1) recommendations for how you should invest, (2) what kind of risk is appropriate for your portfolio, (3) how a lifetime income could be created, where taxes can be controlled, limited or eliminated, (4) a plan for risks such as early disablement or death, and (5) legacy.

  • Once your plan is created the process really begins. Our staff will spend the next 2 – 4 weeks opening new accounts, transferring assets, and implementing the numerous details of your personalized wealth plan.

  •  Just because a plan has been created, doesn’t mean the work is done. In fact, this is where the collaboration really sets in. Each client has 24 x 7 access to their own unique wealth plan portal. This web site provides you a secure and updated view of your wealth plan and whether or not you are on-target to reach your goals.
