Tom King creates financial plans based on the principle of “know so, not hope so.”
In addition to serving clients of all ages and backgrounds, Tom enjoys putting his experience as a real estate investor and business owner to work for his clients who wish to sell their hard-earned, appreciated assets and secure the proceeds for the future. With 25 years as a partner in two successful real estate investment firms and CFO for two others, Tom brings decades of his solution-oriented skills to identifying challenges and creating custom- made solutions for his clients.
He is an investment advisor representative and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate and Land Use from California State University, Sacramento.
Tom has been married to his college sweetheart for over 30 years and is a proud father and grandfather. Outside of work, Tom enjoys reading, cycling, soccer, and shooting sports as a member of the International Defensive Pistol Association.
